The strength for a flexible shell of vehicle pneumatic spring during movement relative to rail track has been studied in the paper. calculation carried out using finite element method implemented SolidWorks software environment. For this purpose, 3D drawings balloon-type have reproduced. A specific feature design is that distance between upper and lower bottoms static conditions unchanged – thanks body position regulator, which maintains its constancy trolley frame. results obtained made it possible conclude there are certain reserves level stresses, i.e., addition vertical, take into account also transverse mutual displacements air will occur when moves body. At next stage, stresses material investigated bottoms, observed with trolleys traveling along curved sections track. same time, maximum about 11 MPa, even twice nominal pressure 40 mm, is, they much less than breaking (30 MPa). researches allow draw conclusion parameters springs ensure under operational loading schemes. Therefore, order improve dynamic qualities vehicles, proposed use as component suspension.
